ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

FULL TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Requirements:
• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. Fresh graduated may write in too.
• Some relevant working experiences handling full set of accounts
• IT savvy, proficient in Excel and computerized accounting software.
• Analytical and meticulous person with an eye for details.
• Mature personality, ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to undertake stress.
• 6 days per week.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is a plus.
• Singaporean / PR/ Malaysian to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Some relevant working experiences handling full set of accounts.
• Process payments, raise payment voucher and issue cheque.
• Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account to payable ledger, liaise with suppliers on outstanding
payments.
• Assist in month end closing of accounts – review accruals, provisions and prepaid expenses.
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Cash collections reconciliation on weekly basis
• Prepare schedules and liaise with auditor on queries during financial year end audit.
